Windows build broken

termbox.PollRawEvent and termbox.ParseEvent are not available in Windows.

Is there something else these function calls can be replaced with?

I saw this comment earlier, but didn't reply... Sorry.

Haven't touch the code base in a bit. I do want to rewrite concards one day, so that any UI could be used (TUI would be optional).

Assuming related to this:
nsf/termbox-go#165

I don't have access to a windows computer, so I couldn't really test it anyways. WSL might work? Or you could submit a pull request if you figure something out.
