Support for latest DPDK versions

I'm so excited to see you progress TLDK. Thank you for keeping this important project alive.

Are there plans to support later versions of DPDK? The docs recommend 18.11 and the latest version is 24.11.

Or are there technical or performance issues with integrating later releases of DPDK?

We currently have no plans for this. DPDK 18.11 already meets our internal usage needs.

We haven't tried it yet, but in my opinion, it might not be a difficult task.
