How to Use CLI in windows ?

hi , i dont have any idea how to use CLI to add command in windows . i can use drag and drop . but new video not detected "gemini watermark logo"

go in the search bar and type cmd, open it and if the app is on desktop go there by typing :
cd C:\Users\user\OneDrive\Desktop
then try :
.\GeminiWatermarkTool-Video.exe Video.mp4 (which is used by default)
if not you can try the following 2:
.\GeminiWatermarkTool-Video.exe --variant 720p-1 Video.mp4
.\GeminiWatermarkTool-Video.exe --variant 720p-2 Video.mp4
