Gemini watermarks are getting inconsistent

It looks like the Gemini video watermarks are getting inconsistent! Some outputs look great, but others are totally undetectable. Anyone else noticing this?

Auto mode is calibrated for 1080p (1920x1080, 1080x1920) and 720p (1280x720, 720x1280).
If you are sure this is a Gemini 3.5 video, try forcing a variant:
--variant 720p-1 (48x48 diamond, low-bitrate tier)
--variant 720p-2 (44x44 diamond, high-bitrate tier)
This bypasses the auto NCC gate and locks the region to the named tuple.
For pre-Gemini-3.5 "Veo" text watermarks, try --legacy.
Even I tried variant 720p-1 and variant 720p-2 manually, they still fail.

I tested your video, and it seems to be working fine. Simply pass the video file as a parameter.
