Upgraded one of my instance to v2vb3.
Took a bit of messing with config files to get things working again, but once running it looks good.

Just one bit of feedback - the new dash tiles are good, but the new "open" button is too small for touch interfaces - maybe just make the entire tile clickable (like in v1).
