Build fails with multiple versions of the ARM and ADuCM3029 CMSIS packs, aducm3029

My crosscore embedded studios had multiple versions of the ARM and ADuCM3029 CMSIS packs, and this seems like it was messing up some of your compilation processes. Once I removed other older versions of the packs, the build worked
