1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 "Software" means the source code, object code, executable binaries, 
documentation, configuration files, data files, and any associated materials 
included in this repository or distribution, in original or modified form.

1.2 "Licensor" means Ananda Vicky, also known as Syncertica, the copyright 
holder of this Software.

1.3 "You" or "Your" means any individual person or legal entity (including its 
employees, contractors, and agents acting on its behalf) that exercises 
permissions under this License by downloading, copying, installing, modifying, 
or otherwise using the Software.

1.4 "Identities" means all application names, brand names, logos, trademarks, 
service marks, trade dress, product names, domain names, and any other source 
identifiers or distinctive branding associated with the Software, including but 
not limited to the developer name "Syncertica" and any application-specific 
names, icons, or visual branding elements.

1.5 "Modify" or "Modification" means to copy from, adapt, alter, transform, or

1.6 "Internal Evaluation" means use of the Software solely for Your own 
personal learning, testing, experimentation, educational purposes, security 
research, or portfolio assessment, and in the case of a legal entity, use by 
employees or contractors acting on Your behalf for internal evaluation purposes 
only, with no provision of services or products to third parties.

1.7 "Non-Commercial" means not primarily intended for or directed toward 
commercial advantage, monetary compensation, or revenue generation. Non-
Commercial use excludes deployment in production environments, incorporation 
into commercial products or services, or use to provide services to third 
parties for compensation.

1.8 "Controlled Environment" means computing devices, virtual machines, 
containers, cloud instances, or development environments that are directly 
owned, leased, or controlled by You, including personal devices, company-owned 
hardware, private cloud resources, continuous integration systems, and 
ephemeral test environments, but excluding public-facing production systems or 
third-party infrastructure where You provide services to others.

1.9 "Patent Claims" means any patent claim(s), now owned or hereafter acquired, 
including without limitation, method, process, and apparatus claims, in any 
patent Licensable by Licensor.

2. ACCEPTANCE AND SCOPE

2.1 LICENSE GRANT TRIGGER: This License becomes effective and You accept its 
terms when You download, copy, install, modify, or otherwise use the Software 
in any manner. Merely viewing the Software in a public repository (e.g., GitHub) 
without downloading or copying does not constitute acceptance.

2.2 TRANSIENT COPIES: You may make transient, incidental copies of the Software 
as technically necessary to evaluate it (e.g., RAM caching, temporary files 
during compilation or execution). Such copies are subject to all terms of this

2.3 REPOSITORY LINKING: You may share hyperlinks to the Licensor's official 
public repository and may include screenshots or descriptions of the Software's 
functionality for factual discussion, portfolio presentation, or educational

3. GRANT OF RIGHTS

3.1 DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL the Software in Your Controlled Environment solely for 
Internal Evaluation and Non-Commercial purposes.

3.2 VIEW AND STUDY the source code of the Software for educational purposes, 
personal learning, security research, or portfolio assessment.

3.3 MODIFY the Software solely for Your own Internal Evaluation, testing, 
experimentation, and learning in Your Controlled Environment.

3.4 TEST AND EXECUTE the Software and any Modifications You create in Your 
Controlled Environment for Internal Evaluation and Non-Commercial purposes only.

3.5 FOR LEGAL ENTITIES: Employees, contractors, or agents may exercise the 
above rights on Your behalf, provided such use remains within Your Controlled 
Environment for Internal Evaluation only and such individuals are bound by 
confidentiality obligations or this License.

NO OTHER RIGHTS ARE GRANTED. Specifically, no rights are granted under any 
Patent Claims, trademarks, or trade secrets except as expressly set forth 
herein.

4. RESTRICTIONS AND PROHIBITIONS

You are expressly prohibited from, and do NOT have permission to:

4.1 DISTRIBUTION AND SHARING: Distribute, publish, make available, transfer,

Modifications, in whole or in part, in source or binary form, to any third

4.2 COMMERCIAL USE: Use the Software or any Modifications for any Commercial 
purpose, including but not limited to:
   - Incorporating the Software into commercial products, applications, or 
     services offered to third parties
   - Using the Software to provide services, hosting, SaaS, or APIs to third 
     parties, whether for compensation or not
   - Deploying the Software in production environments serving end users or 
     customers
   - Using the Software in any revenue-generating activity or business operation
   - Using the Software to train machine learning models for commercial purposes

4.3 IDENTITIES AND TRADEMARKS:
   (a) Use, reproduce, display, or register the Identities in any manner that 
       suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with the Licensor, or 
       that creates a likelihood of confusion about the source or origin of any 
       product or service.
   (b) Use the Identities as or as part of Your own product names, service 
       names, trademarks, domain names, social media handles, or branding.
   (c) Apply for trademark, domain name, or other registrations incorporating 
       the Identities.
   (d) PERMITTED NOMINATIVE FAIR USE: You may make factual references to the 
       Software using the Identities solely to accurately identify the Software 
       in discussions, documentation, academic papers, or portfolio materials, 
       provided such use:
       - Is necessary to identify the Software
       - Does not suggest sponsorship or endorsement by the Licensor
       - Is accompanied by a disclaimer that the Software is created by the 
         Licensor
       Example: "This analysis compares performance of [Your Software] against 
       Syncertica's [App Name]" is permitted; "Syncertica Pro Edition" or 
       "[App Name] Enhanced by [You]" is prohibited.

4.4 DERIVATIVE DISTRIBUTION: Create or distribute derivative works, forks, or 
Modifications intended for distribution, public release, or use by third parties.

4.5 SUBLICENSING AND TRANSFER: Sublicense, assign, transfer, pledge, or 
otherwise convey any rights granted under this License to any third party.

4.6 NOTICE REMOVAL: Remove, alter, obscure, or modify any copyright notices, 
license notices, trademark notices, attribution, patent notices, disclaimers, 
or proprietary legends contained in or provided with the Software.

4.7 REVERSE ENGINEERING: Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any 
compiled, obfuscated, or binary portions of the Software, except and only to 
the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law 
notwithstanding this limitation, and provided You notify the Licensor in 
writing of such activity and its purpose.

4.8 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CLAIMS: Register, claim, file for, or assert any 
intellectual property rights (including patents, trademarks, copyrights, or

Identities.

4.9 PATENT ASSERTION: Assert, threaten, or initiate any patent infringement 
claim or action against the Licensor or any contributor to the Software based 
on the Software or any use permitted by this License.

4.10 LEGAL VIOLATIONS: Use the Software in any manner that violates any 
applicable local, state, provincial, national, or international law, regulation, 
or treaty, including without limitation export control laws, sanctions 
regulations, or data protection laws.

4.11 MALICIOUS USE: Use the Software to create, distribute, or facilitate 
malware, ransomware, spyware, viruses, or any malicious or harmful code or 
activity.

4.12 CIRCUMVENTION: Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any 
technical protection measures, licensing mechanisms, or security features in 
the Software.

4.13 UNAUTHORIZED ACTIONS: Perform any action not explicitly permitted in 
Section 3 of this License without obtaining prior written permission from the 
Licensor.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

5.1 RETENTION OF RIGHTS: The Licensor retains all right, title, and interest 
in and to the Software and all Identities, including all copyrights, moral 
rights, patents, trade secrets, trademarks, and other intellectual property 
rights, whether registered or unregistered, and all goodwill associated 
therewith.

5.2 NO PATENT GRANT: Except as expressly stated in Section 3, no license or 
other rights are granted under any Patent Claims owned or controlled by 
Licensor, whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise. This License does not 
grant You any patent license.

5.3 LIMITED SCOPE: The license granted in Section 3 is limited to the copyright 
and, if applicable, patent rights necessary solely for the permitted Internal 
Evaluation uses. No other intellectual property rights are granted.

5.4 OWNERSHIP OF MODIFICATIONS: Any Modifications You create are derivative 
works of the Software and are subject to this License. You do not acquire any 
ownership rights in the original Software, its Identities, or any intellectual 
property rights therein by creating Modifications.

5.5 RESERVATION: All rights not expressly granted in this License are reserved 
by the Licensor.

license terms. You are solely responsible for complying with all license terms 
and conditions of any Dependencies.

7.3 NO REPRESENTATIONS: The Licensor makes no representations or warranties 
regarding Dependencies and assumes no liability for Your use of Dependencies or 
any conflicts between this License and Dependency licenses.

7.4 DEPENDENCY IDENTIFICATION: A list of Dependencies and their licenses can be 
found in the Software's configuration or dependency files (e.g., package.json, 
build.gradle, pom.xml, requirements.txt, go.mod, Cargo.toml, or similar files).

terms of any third-party Dependency license. In the event of any conflict 
between this License and a Dependency license with respect to that Dependency,

incorporate any Feedback.

8.3 NO CONTRIBUTIONS: This License does not grant You the right to contribute 
code or other materials to the Software's official repository. All contributions 
must be submitted under a separate contribution agreement.

9.3 LICENSOR'S DISCRETION: The Licensor has sole and absolute discretion to

no obligation to respond to or grant any request.

9.4 WRITTEN AGREEMENT: Any permissions granted will be documented in a separate 
written agreement signed by the Licensor, specifying the scope, duration, 
conditions, and any fees or royalties for the additional rights granted. Oral 
or informal permissions are not valid.

10. TERM AND TERMINATION

10.1 EFFECTIVE DATE: This License is effective from the date You first accept 
its terms (as described in Section 2.1) and continues until terminated.

10.2 TERMINATION FOR BREACH: Your rights under this License will terminate 
automatically and immediately, without notice from the Licensor, if You fail to 
comply with any term or condition of this License. Upon termination for breach, 
You lose all rights to use the Software under this License.

10.3 TERMINATION BY LICENSOR: The Licensor may terminate this License at any 
time, for any reason or no reason, by providing written notice to You (if 
contact information is available) or by public announcement. Termination becomes 
effective upon the date specified in the notice or announcement.

10.4 EFFECT OF TERMINATION: Upon any termination of this License, You must 
immediately:
   - Cease all use of the Software and all Modifications
   - Delete and destroy all copies of the Software and Modifications in Your 
     possession, custody, or control, including copies on backup media and in 
     archived repositories
   - Certify in writing to the Licensor, if requested, that You have complied 
     with these requirements

10.5 SURVIVAL: The following Sections shall survive any termination or 
expiration of this License: 1 (Definitions), 4 (Restrictions), 5 (Intellectual 
Property Rights), 6.1 (Retention of Notices), 8 (Feedback), 10.4 (Effect of 
Termination), 10.5 (Survival), 11 (Disclaimer of Warranty), 12 (Limitation of 
Liability), 13 (Indemnification), 14.4 (Governing Law), and 14.5 (Assignment).

10.6 RIGHTS TO SPECIFIC VERSION: Notwithstanding Sections 10.2 and 10.3, if 
You have obtained a specific version of the Software and are in full compliance 
with this License, Your rights to that specific version may continue unless 
terminated for Your breach. However, Licensor retains the right to terminate 
all rights, including to previously obtained versions, for material breach or 
for patent assertion under Section 4.9.

CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO 
YOU. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, THE LICENSOR'S LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE

THE LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION APPLY EVEN IF ANY REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL

right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any

14. GENERAL PROVISIONS

14.1 ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This License constitutes the entire agreement between 
You and the Licensor concerning the Software and supersedes all prior or

14.2 SEVERABILITY: If any provision of this License is held to be invalid, 
illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision

that this License shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and 
enforceable. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not 
affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.

14.3 NO WAIVER: No failure or delay by the Licensor in exercising any right, 
power, or privilege under this License shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor 
shall any single or partial exercise preclude any other or further exercise or 
the exercise of any other right, power, or privilege. Any waiver must be in 
writing and signed by the Licensor to be effective.

14.4 GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION: This License shall be governed by and 
construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without 
regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising 
out of or relating to this License shall be brought exclusively in the courts 
located in Pekanbaru, Riau, Indonesia, and You hereby consent to the personal 
jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

14.5 ASSIGNMENT: You may not assign, transfer, delegate, or sublicense this 
License or any rights or obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, whether 
voluntarily, by operation of law, or otherwise, without the prior written 
consent of the Licensor. Any attempted assignment, transfer, or delegation in 
violation of this Section shall be null and void. The Licensor may freely 
assign this License. Subject to the foregoing, this License shall be binding 
upon and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors 
and permitted assigns.

14.6 MODIFICATIONS TO LICENSE (PROSPECTIVE ONLY): The Licensor reserves the 
right to publish revised or new versions of this License from time to time. 
Each version will be given a distinguishing version number (e.g., v1.0, v1.1, 
v2.0).

IMPORTANT: Any revised or new version of this License applies ONLY to versions 
of the Software released under that new license version. Your rights to use any 
specific version of the Software You have already obtained are governed by the 
license version under which that version was released, unless You choose to 
accept a newer license version or Your rights are terminated for breach.

The Licensor will not retroactively change the license terms for versions of 
the Software You have already lawfully obtained and are using in compliance 
with this License.

If You continue to use or obtain new versions of the Software after a license 
revision is published, You agree to be bound by the revised license for those

14.7 EXPORT CONTROL AND SANCTIONS COMPLIANCE: The Software may be subject to

  but not limited to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea region)
- You are not identified on any government restricted party list, including the 
  U.S. Treasury Department's Specially Designated Nationals List, the U.S. 
  Commerce Department's Denied Persons List, Entity List, or Unverified List,
