We use a custom dictionary for the phonetic alphabet (Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, etc.). I can make a PR to add this as a builtin dictionary if you are interested?

Before adding more dicts I'd be pleased to know what maintainers think of #82 (ie splitting code from data).
It will be much easier to handle.
