Obsolete redux functionality in toolkit?

Hi angular architects

The ngrx team will ship a new plugin which is called events for signal store. Here the PR ngrx/platform#4769
My question is if you think this plugin is a replacement for your redux functionality?

I see the official plugin as the replacement for withRedux. The official version will also decouple the actions(events) from the store which makes it even more clear that this is meant for an event based architecture were events are global.
