Compilation error on GCC 12.1.0 and GCC 10.3.1 from GNAT Community 2021

On a hand built GCC 12.1.0 on FreeBSD and on gcc (GCC) 10.3.1 20210520 (for GNAT Community 2021 20210519) on Linux I'm getting:
