Update aws-sdk Install Location

In the "Add an API to Create a Note" section we are told to run the following command in the packages/functions/ folder:

npm install aws-sdk uuid

Later in the chapter, the import statement for aws-sdk is refactored into packages/core/src/dynamodb.js. This will cause an error of course, because aws-sdk wasn't installed in this directory.

We can install it in packages/core too, or maybe it's better to install it in the root directory (not sure?).

Oh that's a good point! It should be installed in the core directory.
