High-level tasks:

• Configure Windows build configuration (MSI, MSIX, portable)
• Set up code signing certificate for Windows binaries
• Create Windows Store (Microsoft Store) listing
• Configure MSIX packaging for Windows Store submission
• Set up Windows build pipeline (CI/CD)
• Test on Windows 10/11
• Handle Windows-specific paths and registry
• Consider auto-update mechanism (e.g., Squirrel, Velopack)
• Create installer with uninstall support
• Evaluate Windows Store requirements and policies
