[Bug]: Reset on submit does not work for phone input widget  #34054

Description

Reset on submit does not work for phone input widget. Continuation of #32469 since it partially fixes the issue

Steps To Reproduce

1. Add a phone widget and configure a quick onSubmit action and keep reset ob submit toggled on
2. Go to preview mode and enter a value
3. Hit enter and observe the widget does not reset
