Enable ServerSideApply globally for all applications

can I enabled ServerSideApply for all my applications globally?

There is no global key for this in argocd-cm. If you use ApplicationSet the cleanest way is adding ServerSideApply=true to syncOptions in your generator template and that covers all generated apps. For Helm or Kustomize app-of-apps same idea just patch it at the template level. Otherwise it would need a feature request for a proper default.
