How install on Pine64/Sopine Board (ARMv7)

This Guide should work on RaspberryPI as well..

Basically, everything needs to be built from source. For some reason (which I have not looked into), the default url to download ARM packages from the NPM repository just doesn't work. (access denied error, if i recall correctly).

NodeJS:

ARMv6 - https://nodejs.org/dist/v8.9.4/node-v8.9.4-linux-armv6l.tar.xz

ARMv7 - https://nodejs.org/dist/v8.9.4/node-v8.9.4-linux-armv7l.tar.xz

ARMv8 - https://nodejs.org/dist/v8.9.4/node-v8.9.4-linux-arm64.tar.xz

Install Directions:

• cd /tmp
• wget http://nodejs.org/dist/v0.10.32/node-v0.10.32.tar.gz
• tar -xvf node-v0.10.32.tar.gz
• cd node-v0.10.32
• make install

SQL-Lite

Source - https://www.sqlite.org/2018/sqlite-autoconf-3220000.tar.gz

Install Directions:

• tar xvfz sqlite-autoconf-3220000.tar.gz
• cd sqlite-autoconf-3220000
• ./configure
• make
• make install

Nodes...

I cannot seem to remember all of the nodes required to install gekko, however the process is the same. As you continue along your install, you'll find that you are missing prerequisites. Different nodes (talib, node-pre-gyp, etc) are needed for different strategies and functions within Gekko. For each and every one of these, you should build from source. You may do this either by using npm or by finding the respective github repository for each (they exist!).

• npm install talib --unsafe-perm --build-from-source
• npm install tulind --unsafe-perm --build-from-source
• npm install tulip --unsafe-perm --build-from-source

To build from source, from GitHub

• git clone https://github.com/user/repo
• cd repo
• sudo npm install /repo

For Source files elsewhere (wget?):

• `wget https://project/releases/version/project_v_arm.foo'
• cd gekko
• sudo npm install /project_v_arm.foo
