Split into multiple modules

I think the name of the module is little misleading. You would expect it to handle only "import once", but instead you get to also choose if you want Bower components or CSS files to be handled. Do you think that separating all those features to their respective packages is valid proposal? Or at least split them to different files inside current repo (e.g. node-sass-import-once/bower)?

I had originally considered splitting this in to multiple files, but the problem with that is node-sass doesn't allow for importers to "cascade", so each importer would need to provide its own import-once functionality. That could work here with shared modules, but bower, etc… would need to be bower+import once, etc…

I see. What about making import-once dependancy for bower import? I suppose that could work and could be classified as internal cascading? I think that makes sense.

Perhaps the extra functionality could be configurable? So you could enable/disable the extra features.
