chore(deps): bump braces, jest and ts-jest

Removes [braces](https://github.com/micromatch/braces). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [braces](https://github.com/micromatch/braces), [jest](https://github.com/jestjs/jest/tree/HEAD/packages/jest) and [ts-jest](https://github.com/kulshekhar/ts-jest). These dependencies need to be updated together.

Updates `jest` from 26.6.3 to 30.4.2
