[Github] Possiblity of adding a tag / label to any bots

I think currently only the depency bot (Renovate) is the one that the automated process of updating and submitting a PR

While looking at PRs to test the bot tag under the name is not eay to see, if there was a label for any action automated by a bot would be easier to see what's a user or bot pr.

For the PC

You can see the tag, which is unexisteing in the mobile version
