Triage Notes:
- Be level 80
- Preferable a caster, in my testing was a warrior by the time i saw it could be easier test
.cheat cast.cheat power.learn all my class.setskill 197 450 450.learn 51309.additem 41594 20.additem 38426 20.additem 41610.additem 54583- Open the
Tailoring spell and add the Lightweave Embroidery to one or both cloaks.
- Equip one and right after equip another one (to make sure that hte 45 ICD it's being or not applied)
- Attempt within the first 30 seconds of swapping the cloaks (having
Lightweave Embroidery cloaked equipped) to cast spells until it procs.
- In my case i was spamming
Demoralizing Shout until it proc'd.
It shouldn't proc on swapping, only should be procable after 45 seconds
After it procing it doesnt cast for a while and in my testing it wont cast again at least for 20 seconds
Using .spellinfo all 55640 (recommended to used in the terminal)

Current Behaviour
Re-equipping your cloak doesnt put the cloak enchant (f.e. (https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/spell=55642/lightweave-embroidery)) on ICD which is supposed to be 45 seconds.
Expected Behaviour
Re-equipping your cloak should put the cloak enchant (f.e. Lightweave Embroidery) on ICD which is supposed to be 45 seconds.

Steps to reproduce the problem
- Unequip a cloak with https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/spell=55642/lightweave-embroidery enchanted
- Re-equip it and cast some spells, it will likely proc
- While the buff is still running, un and reequip your cloak and cast some more spells, it will even proc even with the buff active.
- ICD generally works if not unequipping
- Tested the same with trinkets, no problems there
