[Feature Request] Option to disable all mark down rendering and display raw text

I am trying to use Plannotator annotate, to mark up CLI tool output, but raw text is running through the mark down rendered, and new lines, and blank lines are being mangled.

@backnotprop If this is something you would be interested in I could open a draft PR. Please let me know. I wanted to discuss it before investing time in a PR.
