[REQUEST] focus all open windows on theme switch

some apps need a few seconds to switch theme
so when i focus some long-running app
in the middle of the night i am FLASHBANGED by white light

example apps: vscode, telegram, ...

expected

loop all open windows
and each window is focussed until its theme switch

autodetect theme from colors of window content

timeout, then force darkmode via color filtering per window

focus all tabs of some apps, so all tabs switch theme

example apps: chrome, firefox, ...
