Unable to build and run locally

I am following all the necessary steps mentioning in the readme.md file but enable to build and run the project locally.
It gives error on load the .lib files. Can you please help me out to run and build the project?

Should be fixed in #0a08912d8b0ac20ef3e782cf272030217d915aaf

bakkesmod.lib include isn't used anymore so was just removed. The other one was because the consoleuploader project was missing ../libs/lib as library directory.
