A configurable, single-file browser start page.

Usage

  1. Download the startpage.html file.
  2. Open it directly in your browser, or set it as your local home page in your browser's settings.

Features

  • Minimalist Design: A clean and focused interface that gets out of your way.
  • Clock & Date: Displays the current time and date.
  • Configurable Search Bar:
    • Switch between multiple search engines (Google, DuckDuckGo, Bing) via dropdown selector.
    • Selected engine is saved locally in your browser.
    • Directly navigate to URLs or domains (e.g., github.com).
  • Customizable Shortcuts:
    • Add your favorite websites via a popup menu (define both URL and custom Name).
    • Remove shortcuts you no longer need.
    • Your shortcuts are saved locally in your browser.
  • Custom Background:
    • Personalize your start page by uploading your own background image.
    • Reset to the default gradient background at any time.
