These are the frameworks you use to assess the job performance of your report. You also use these to measure whether your report is performing at a higher level and promotable. Each job function has their own model, and each job is organized by seniority levels. Every framework outlines the Skills, Engagement, and Coachability expected at each level. The performance review you complete annually for your report mirrors these frameworks. You should also refer to these throughout the year to complete quick, high level performance assessment scans.
