add video chat support

since this is supposed to be a self hosted stripped down replacment of slack and teams i feel like video chat support would be a very nice feature to have

We looked into video chat support a few times and decided against it.

Video-chat providers rely on a globally distributed network of nodes as sorts of hubs between the call participants and their servers to keep latency low. There is also various network traversals and low-latency protocols some which require some know-how to set up with different hosting providers and proxies.

To keep it short, there are a lot of moving parts to get video calling right at the moment, and configuring all of that isn't something we want for Campfire.
