Transcoding Video

Hi I'm working on a change for my campfire server that transcodes video uploads to a web-friendly format. I ran into issues when uploading from android playing the video back because the container format isn't the most browser friendly. Would the team be interested in upstreaming this feature?

If possible can you make it optional and keep it off by default?
