422 response when login

SSL was disabled during server deployment.
Then a reverse proxy was configured on Cloudflare.

During login, the /session path throws an error, displaying a 422 error.

Are you able to paste some logs from the server with the error?
Logs are scrubbed of al PII, but double check to make sure that there isn't something you don't want to share.

How did you disable SSL?

Try removing DISABLE_SSL and just don't set TLS_DOMAIN
DISABLE_SSL disables SSL support, in your case you want SSL but you don't want Campfire to manage the cert for you so just leave TLS_DOMAIN blank
