Add status message for user as an additional context to user's availability or contact mechanism

• Each user could add additional info as a status message, on user's own avatar page:

• The point of the status message is to add context to availability of the user or additional contact mechanism

• One can see someone's status message by:

  • Clicking on the user's avatar icon
    • 
  • In direct messaging chat the status of the other users could be displayed above the input element/control
    • 

• The status message should be limited to certain number of chars if possible, so that it would be displayed without ellipsis i.e. (...).

• If the explicit new status message field is a bit overhead, then the alternative would be to use existing A few words about yourself instead (users->bio column), but to display it in direct messaging chats.
