Add pinned messages

Add ability to pin one or maybe several message to the top of the window chat (both room and direct).

• As for the permission who can pin/unpin messages, maybe initially any member can pin the message or just maybe the admin of the room.
• As for the direct chat each participant can pin/unpin it.
