Previewing URLs

It seems when you put in a URL it doesn't to the grab or preview by default.

Is there an option to turn that on?

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. For URLs that it doesn't work, it usually consistently would not load the preview.

For some URLs it can both load and not load it, depending where you post it (which is odd).

We haven't nailed the root cause of it after using Campfire for a year, but it's definitely a bug, not a feature that you turn on/off.

I ran with it with some cursor-level heavy lifting, and got it working: #52 it gives an environmental variable to turn it on and off.

Yeah, that's crazy. I tried multiple times myself, and I couldn't make it happen. Hence, the #52 PR turns it on and off, confirming it is working. (looking at the actual output, it feels "big" so I don't think I actually like it, but at least i got it to work now consistently.)
