Feature request: share books between users

It would be great for different users to be able to share the library, but have separate progress. This is a typical case with many users in a single household.

All books added by an user should be available to other users using the same database.
If the other user searches the books you added they should be able to find them and add them to their books list.
When in the search results a book is not in your list there is a small red plus sign at the top, clicking the plus adds the book to this user's list.

That doesn't seem to be the case. I imported a lot of books, and another user saw nothing in their book list.

The other users have to search for the books to see them.
The typical flow would be to start reading a new book, search for it in the DB, mark it as currently reading.

The feature is about having those books available in the libraries for all users, without the need for explicit searching.

@krojew, you can see all the books from other users. I have similar setup.

Dashboard > Users > [user] > Books from [user]

Yes, but that's not the thing I'm talking about. Shared books, by definition, should be present in all user libraries. Having to go to another user books means they aren't shared, just public. This will allow to have a true household library.

There is no notion of library or shared books in Jelu at the moment.

The quickest workaround is what @dodog mentioned -> when the other user wants to add the book to their list they just look at your profile and click add.
I understand it it not what you want.
I personnaly use tags for this use case.
For example all books in my ling-room shelf are tagged 'living-room' and so any user using my jelu instance can just look at the 'living-room' tag and see immediately all the books that are shared by the household in that room.
