QR Code to download the mobile app is incorrect

The QR code displayed for getting the mobile app doesn't work.

Steps:

1. Open camera app on mobile device
2. Scan the QR code

Actual:
On Android, it simply opens a note with value "/digital-trust/showcase/app"

Expected:
It redirects to the App store/ Play store to download "BCSC App" (or "BC Wallet")
