`Hi all,

Thanks again for taking the time yesterday to discuss the Person credential governance documentation. As promised, this email contains a quick summary of what we discussed and decided:

Lead: Kyle
Timeline: August, in alignment with Phase 2 launch.
Scope:

• Change "Person credential" to "Digital Services Card"
• Change "BC Wallet" to "BC Services Card app"
• App attestation is optional
• No change to business rules

After Kyle drafts, Iris and Marcos will review
