CIF Bug: New projects without contacts cannot display contact list

Describe the Bug:

The ProjectContactFormSummary component crashes when the latestCommitedProjectContactFormChanges is empty.
This occurs when a new project is created, and contacts are not entered right away

Workaround

If a project has the crashing empty contact page, create a new general revision, add a contact, apply the revision.
You can now remove the contact in another revision.

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

• Create a new project
• Don't fill out the contact form
• Save the project
• View the project's contact list
• => The page displays an error
