Search Function - Office Code and City #154

Description

  1. Search function will find only Office codes. EE records have been assigned offices 333, 200, and 3 as available in test environment. If you search by "333," "200," or '3" the results include office records and employee records. Example below search "200"

  1. If you search by "Vancouver," "Hope," it does not find the employee records assigned to those offices. It is only picking up numbers, not city names. Example below search "Vancouver" but 7 EE's assigned to Vancouver OFF 200.

  1. If you type "Vancouver" or "Hope" into the Notes field of the EE record, the "Vancouver" or "Hope" function will then pick up the EE record. Example below after adding to Notes field and search "Vancouver"

  1. Side note: When you search by "3" as trying to find that office, it comes back with way too many results as finds every record containing number 3. Function works for say searching "prevention" and finds records for EE and offices. Consideration might be to somewhere in the office title include "PLMS" as this would help with searches. Would need to see how this works once more locations are data are in the application. PLMS offices are usually with an X prefix so like X30. Again that might help as this is just a mock up for now.

Confirmed the OFF Table in the DB currently tracks cities. This error may correct itself once the Office Table is uploaded into the test environment.
