fields swap order when changing from view to edit

Describe the bug
when swapping between view and edit mode, the order the fields are displayed in swaps

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. go to a record
2. click edit
3. See issue
   

Expected behaviour
the fields should stay in the same order

tested on dev deployment which is currently at b7d745d
