NPE in FilePing

I could not find any way to file a bug or suggest changes in this repository. However, I get error logs using FILE_PING discovery in out kubernetes cluster sometimes:

Ah, this can happen when read() throws an exception. The fix is pretty simple. Which version of JGroups?

I created https://redhat.atlassian.net/browse/JGRP-3004 to fix this.

@stefanh1 In kubernetes? Is this jgroups-kubernetes? Or which FILE_PING subclass is this?
