Unable to update/install

Currently on 3.9 on an Amazon fire tablet, trying to upgrade to 4.12 but it downloads, tries to install; downloads asks to updates, goes through and seems to get to 100% but then just says failed. Not helpful, also tried downloading and installing, same thing.

Any ideas?

I would advice that you download the apk directly from my website. There was an issuss back the earlier verson the of the app where the update would fail.

If that does not work, i would uninstall and reinstall the app
