Warnings generated when updating to Rack 3

Expected Behavior

No warnings to be generated on objects with namespaces present

Actual Behavior

I believe this is caused by the / character

underscore docs:

underscore will also change ‘::’ to ‘/’ to convert namespaces to paths.

Potential solution:

It now raises the error with recently released rack 3.2, so authlogic is not compatible with it rack/rack#2193
