Y axis in Line Chart display a reasonable range of values.
Actual behavior
For some reason, the axis only shows partial ticks.
Steps to reproduce the behavior
Somewhat similar: Cyber Security Breaches - Moving Transform (Aggregate Years) - Line Chart (Instance count). 1400 does not appear at any point of resizing.
