Issue :
While blocking works perfectly, when I limit an IP, only the upstream speed is capped. EvilLimiter shows the current speed/max speed correctly, and a speedtest confirms the limited upload speed.
However, I can't limit download speed : evillimiter shows 0,0bit as current speed, and a speedtest shows the downstream speed is not limited.
