Client not working after running the update all script

From a discussion, after running the update-all script the client is not working anymore.

This seems to be caused by the lib not being install because of a dependency conflict with the old version of the client. When the new client is installed this should be solved but somehow re-running the script does not help.

The script should likely be changed to uninstall all python project before trying to install new versions for them.
