Dark Mode

Curious if this has been discussed before, I did a search but there weren't many relevant results.
I'd love to have a dark mode for those times I'm working at night or just am in a dark room, it would be nice to not be blinded by the browser. I currently use Dark Reader extension for this but an official mode would be best.

What is interesting is that it looks like this has already been implemented on the support page (top right of my screen shot). It would be great if this could just be applied to the main pages.

Its a long standing request: #673

The docs use their own much newer system and styling, so it came there for free.

This is on my radar as something I would like to solve for all of companion properly. Really the whole visual look of companion is a bit dated at this point, and I am slowly making progress on groundwork so that it can be reskinned and at the same time properly build in a dark mode. Unsure how far this will progress though, no design work has been done yet

oh boy 2019! thanks for the reply and being open to this and for your continued hard work.
I think the whole visual look is still great. I happened to hop on an old machine yesterday that was running version 2 and man is it different that what we have now! Lots of progress to be proud of.
