Hi, I forked this plugin and update code to use incoming-webhook on my repository.

I would like to create PR, but it has a lot of changes. What's the best way to go?

Your fork works but it removes useful overrides: channel, icon, user name, template. I need to sort it out myself this weekend so I will keep you updated about a fork with minimal changes. Thanks
