"Scan Targets" and "Directory Exclusion Patterns" mutiple line entry issue on certian browsers.

I am unable to enter multiple lines using Firefox (ver 53.0.2) or IE (11.0.9600.18638) in the "Scan Targets" and "Directory Exclusion Patterns" fields. I am able to use Chrome (58.0.3029.96) to do this.
