Feature request: Add ability to save the history and the contents from hwatch to a text file

The idea is simple:

I leave hwatch running a command in the background every 60 seconds.
After a day I'd like to store the whole history and the diff to a file (any format would work)

Got it. I'd like to hear more about your use case.

Currently, hwatch has a "log output feature (-l)" and a "batch mode (-b)" that outputs to standard output on detecting differences without using the TUI. I want to confirm whether your case can be addressed by adding functionality to either of these features.

In the current log feature of hwatch, differences before and after changes are not recorded in the log. Would the issue be resolved if the differences were recorded in the log?
Alternatively, could this be addressed by allowing customization of the content output in batch mode?
