Include disk usage in resources display

Ensure it's capturing the disk including the data directory.

Cardano node does not expose disk usage as Prometheus metrics for now.
Unfortunately any solution that I can come up with and that uses go stdlib can scrape only locally running node disk usage with syscall not the remote one.

We already import gopsutil and read from the local machine.
