KES metrics are Prometheus-exported when KES key pair are on node (AFAIK you do not have to run a pool):

At least these keys are needed:

1. https://developers.cardano.org/docs/operate-a-stake-pool/block-producer/generating-wallet-keys/
2. https://developers.cardano.org/docs/operate-a-stake-pool/block-producer/block-producer-keys/
   However I did not catch Prometheus KES metrics yet but node runs in Preview network

BTW Instead cardano-cli stake-address command use cardano-cli latest stake-address or it does not work:
