Upgrading from Version 0.2 to Version 0.3

I noticed when I upgraded from Version 0.2 to Version 0.3 that the PURGE ALL button and the DISABLE button disappeared from the plugins list in my admin area. See screenshot.

Is there a reason why Version 0.3 is not able to PURGE ALL? And the DISABLE button disappeared.

It should not have disappeared. I will take a look.
