Blueman on Linux Mint AGAIN and AGAIN doesnt work after 6 Months of Using and after 1 day (Restart or Update dont know)

Hello Guys,
I am really tired and angry of this problem.
I also had this problem on my other laptop on fedora and now on this laptop with mint (I searched and just pasted all this code from google or other people in and in the end, it still didnt worked). I use it for 6 Months as Allday Notebook and everything works better than on windows and I ofc want to stay, but this Bluetooth problem really f me up.

I tryd everything but it still doenst work :/
systemctl restart bluetooth etc.
reinstall bluemanz
checking bios

The last thin I try now is to select an older kernel, I am using LMDE 7, but I think this probably also wont work, what can I do?

Question:
Does it have to do with this line here?
My feeling it is a adapter and bluetooth/kernel update problem
